Custom Competition Shirts - made to order using your own design - or let us design your shirt for you
Sketches of standard shirt styles that we use most often are shown below. Use these styles as jumping off points for your design. Choose the style that works with your sponsor and your team - let your imagination be your guide. There is a blank sketch form also so you can sketch your own ideas. Photos showing how a simple shirt gets more complicated are at the end of this section.

To better help you determine the cost of your custom competition shirt, we categorize our shirts by stage. Stage 1 shirts are easier to make, and so less expensive than Stage 2 shirts. Stage 3 shirts are the most complex. We also have a Stage 4 shirt which covers any shirt that we have to draft a new pattern for.

Stage 1 Shirts

Our most simple designs, with minimal color changes, keep the cost down.

Style 1A High Center Band

Color changes at top of pocket line

You can also add a 3" stripe between the top and bottom fabric (not shown)

Style 1B Low Center Band

Color Changes at bottom of pocket line

You can add a 3" stripe between the top and bottom fabric (not shown)

Style 1 D Center Band with 5" band

This is the traditional crew shirt style. Color changes at the top of the pocket line and 5" down

Stage 2 Shirts back to top

More complex styles requiring more precision in matching, and therefore, slightly more expensive.

Style 2F Diagonal center band

3" stripe is inserted between top and bottom fabrics

Most diagonal patterns are stage 2 shirts. Also any Stage 1 shirt with addditional stripes is a Stage 2 shirt

Stage 3 Shirts back to top

More complicated styles, requiring greater precision in matching stripes.

Style 3K Low Center band with multi-stripe

Color changes at the bottom of the pocket line. Stripes are 1" wide. Stripe sizes can vary from 1/4" to 3" and multiple widths in the band work very well.

Style 3M V Stripe

Stripe comes to a "V" at the bottomof the pocket line. A 3" stripe is added between the top and bottom fabrics. Back can either be a "V" or an alternate back has a 3" stripe straight across the back.

Addtional styles that fall into the Stage 3 category are shirts where embroidery matches across the center buttons, shirts with hidden plackets, shirts with very complicated striping patterns that also have vented backs.
